Ludhiana News:- The Land of five Acre of Old Court (purani Kachahri) will be sell in units. The bid of Old court is not reaches on any end point. Now Pudda has Decided to sale the sight by making S.C.O and it is getting success as initially. Still, Just seven out of ten units are sold but it makes 14 percent More Revenue.
After Shifting old court to backyard of Mini Secretariat, government handovered the sight to pudda to sell, out of that some part is already has given to Bharti and LIC. But remaining 5 acre was not buy by anyone. After that government decided to sell the sight by making offices and shops. more than 50 SCOs will make there but first pudda decides to sell the land by making ten units.
On 8 march a bid was conducted by Dr. JAswant Singh. A.D.C, S.R Klair was also join it as a Observer. The bid reaches the 1.73 lakh Rupees for per Square kilometer. E.O Jeet Ram has told that the Bidders has showed their enthusiasm in the bid.
The Department has Claimed to have 17.75 Millions after this bid.
