Batcha's death can create many problems for CBI. Sadiq Batcha was the friend of A.Raja. A.Raja is in the Police custody Because of 2G Scam. Batcha's untimely death in Chennai can effect the investigation of CBI regarding 2G scam. He committed suicide.
He was supposed to be to be the important link of that case. CBI was supposing that Batcha will reveal the actual fact. CBI was also thinking to make him as the Government Witness in this case. That's why CBI has not arrested him yet. But CBI had been Inquiries from him for four times.
CBI also raided on his Home and Office. According to CBI, Batcha was the person who did all the maoney transactions of Raja, and also cared of Raja's Family's Possessions.
